Step Into Relaxation
With all the excitement that DorsetFest has to offer, it is only natural that you might need a little relaxation. So take a step away from the wonderful music and into our Soul Spa. Located just past the main festival field, our Soul Spa is a haven of yoga classes, massage and even a sauna.
This year the wonderful Michelle Vaughton of Illuminate Yoga. will be providing classes open to all levels and abilities. Take a look at our blog to find out more.
Classes are £10 each or £25 for 3 classes. All classes are free for children.
Friday
05:00pm - Gentle Yoga Flow
A calming end to the day with mindful movement, stretching and relaxation.
Saturday
9:00am – Energising Vinyasa Flow
Wake up the body, boost your energy and start your festival day feeling refreshed.
11:00am – Family Yoga
Fun, playful yoga for all ages. A chance to move, laugh and connect together.
2:00pm – Yin Yoga (with crystal sound bath)
Slow, nourishing stretches held for longer to release tension and encourage deep relaxation.
4:00pm – Gentle Yoga Flow
A softer practice to unwind, reset and ease into the rest of your evening.

From the very special Balance in Harmony, Victoria Ladbrooke will be offering massages at the Soul Spa. Have your harmony and wellness restored through therapeutic massage techniques that relaxes, releases and rejuvenates your body.
